Here are my basic tips to get you started. I am living with menopause symptoms now that have knocked me on my tush. (Where's the class to teach us how to cope?)


If you are new to juicing like I am you need to have the process broken down and made simple because I will quit if it’s complicated. I'm just being honest.


My Steps


🌱 Clean your juicer @namawell

🌱Place it front and center on your kitchen counter

🌱 Create a little work space that’s reserved for juicing

🌱 Order fresh fruits and vegetables from @costco using @instacart (save your time for other things honey like reading, sun bathing or watching #Beef on Netflix)

🌱 Wash, slice, dice and package your fruits and vegetables

🌱 Order your glass juice bottles from @amazon (I got the 8 oz because I am not going to drink 16 oz a juice at one time why lie to myself)

🌱 And start juicing and bottling on Sunday

🌱 Clear your fridge and store your bottles by color (my daughter labeled them for me🥰)



Consume


Grab a bottle or two in the morning before you leave and place in your bag to keep them cold (keep it simple you will drink 2 before noon)


In the morning, do not stop by Starbucks, McDonalds or Chick-Fil-A #issatrap


Drink the bottles you made with your sparkling, @hint or mineral water beside you.


Girl, eat at lunch time (plant-based of course @eatsoulgood) I’m not asking you to starve. I’m not that kind of friend. But, don’t over do it. Soup, light sandwich, salad or hummus with side of pita and vegetables will do.


Rinse and repeat for 30-Days then go to your physician next month and tell him/her (girls are doctors, too) to keep the change. 🩺🚑
